How do I report something offensive?
If you see an asset, a message, or anything else that you deem inappropriate or offensive, please don’t hesitate to contact Yahaha’s Support to let them know.
I received an email asking for my password/credit information. Is this from you?
No. We will never request sensitive information via email or any other method. We only need general information when helping you with support requests, and specifically ask for it if we need it after you have contacted us first.
Requesting passwords or payment information by email is a method often used by hackers to gain access to your account or personal information. Please report the message on the applicable platform and then delete it.
