have you tried running it as an administrator and also checking that your anti-virus is not preventing it. If the problem still happens after this could you provide us with a screenshot as well as your PC specs and OS version.

yes I launched as administrator and no even without the anti virus it works so good my system and windows 10 I’m reinstalling it because maybe I did something wrong I’ll look again
