When I try to play a game on Yahaha It says I can’t login

where are you having the issue, on PC or on Mobile? If on mobile which phone and OS are you using?

Do you get any kind of errors or message about why it is not working?

Thank you for the information, is this something that is happening on every game you try to play or only certain ones. Also what version of Mac OS are you using. Currently not all versions are supported so it could be a potential issue there.

It happens on every game I try.
And I am on macOS version 10.14

Unfortunately at this time we do not support macOS 10.14. By updating your Mac to the below requirements should help.
